摘要
目的:探讨全自动微生物鉴定药敏分析仪对病原菌的鉴定价值。方法:选取临床分离的革兰阴性菌124株、革兰阳性菌120株以及实验室保存的革兰阴性参考菌株80株、革兰阳性参考菌株80株,应用VITEK2-compact自动微生物鉴定药敏分析仪实施鉴定,对鉴定结果与鉴定时间进行分析。结果:全自动微生物鉴定药敏分析仪鉴定革兰阳性菌的准确率为94.50%,全自动微生物鉴定药敏分析仪鉴定阴性菌的准确率为96.08%;革兰阳性菌鉴定时间不足6h的为80.50%,革兰阴性菌鉴定时间不足6h的为87.25%。结论:全自动微生物鉴定药敏分析仪可有效鉴定病原菌种类,且鉴定速度快,可为临床疾病诊断与药敏试验提供参考。
Objective:To explore the value of automatic microbial identification drug sensitivity analyzer for pathogen identification.Methods:124 strains of Gramnegative bacteria,120 strains of Gram-positive bacteria,80 strains of gram-negative reference bacteria and 80 strains of gram-positive reference bacteria were selected and identified by vitek2 compact automatic microbial identification drug sensitivity analyzer Results:The accuracy rate of automatic microbial identification drug sensitivity analyzer to identify Gram-positive bacteria is 94.50%,and the accuracy rate of automatic microbial identification drug sensitivity analyzer to identify negative bacteria is 96.08%;Gram-positive bacteria identification time is less than 6h.The ratio was 80.50%,and the proportion of Gramnegative bacteria identification time less than 6h was 87.25%.Conclusion:The fully automatic microbial identification drug sensitivity analyzer can effectively identify the type of pathogenic bacteria,and the identification speed is fast,which can provide a reference for clinical disease diagnosis and drug sensitivity test.
