医学检验技术专业学生早临床活动的初步实践与效果

PRELIMINARY PRACTICE AND EFFECTIVENESS OF EARLY CLINICAL ACTIVITIES IN STUDENTS MAJORING IN MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNOLOGY

目的探讨四年制医学检验技术专业医学生早临床活动的方法和效果。方法对我校2016级、2017级医学检验技术专业医学生讲解早临床的相关知识,本着自愿原则,选取早临床的医院,通过走进医院、走进实验室、观摩学习与亲自动手操作等方式开展早临床活动,并对自愿参与早临床活动的80名同学进行问卷调查。结果78.4%的医学生选择自愿参加早临床活动,所有医学生均认为早临床活动有利于树立牢固的专业思想,且早临床活动后对自己的专业有了显著的了解(χ^2=18.337,P<0.01),更加热爱和喜欢自己的专业(χ^2=7.951,P<0.05)。97.5%的医学生认为早临床活动有助于提高学习主动性和实验过程中分析及解决问题的能力,培养专业实践能力;100.0%的医学生认为早临床有益于提前培养学生的专业意识、社会意识和服务意识,以及对病人和社会健康的责任意识,同时有22.5%的医学生提出了关于早临床活动的建议。结论医学检验技术专业学生早临床活动是培养医学生动手能力的有效途径,是提高医学生专业知识学习兴趣和学习能力的重要方式。

Objective To investigate the Methods for early clinical activities in medical students majoring in four-year medical laboratory technology and the effectiveness of such Methods.Methods The relevant knowledge of early clinical activities were explained to the medical students of the classes 2016 and 2017 majoring in medical laboratory technology in our university,and based on the voluntary principle,the medical students selected hospitals to carry out the early clinical activities by entering the clinic,approaching the laboratory,observing and learning,and participating in hands-on operation.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 80 medical students who volunteered to participate in early clinical activities.Results Of all medical students,78.4%chose to take part in early clinical activities voluntarily,and all the medical students thought that early clinical activities helped to establish firm professional ideas,gain a significant understanding of their major(χ^2=18.337,P<0.01),and better love or like their major(χ^2=7.951,P<0.05).Among these medical students,97.5%believed that early clinical activities were helpful to promote learning initiative,improve the ability to analyze and solve problems during experiments,and cultivate professional practical ability;100.0%of the medical students thought that early clinical activities were beneficial to cultivate their professional consciousness,social consciousness,and service consciousness in advance,as well as their sense of responsibility for patients and social health;22.5%of the medical students put forward some suggestions for early clinical activities.Conclusion For medical students majoring in medical laboratory technology,early clinical activities are an effective way to cultivate practical ability and an important way to improve learning interest and ability for professional knowledge.
