摘要
以白云鄂博选铁尾矿为研究对象,进行了优先浮选回收稀土的工艺研究,根据试样的矿物学性质,采用羟肟酸类捕收剂LF-P8,水玻璃为抑制剂,松醇油为起泡剂,在矿浆pH值9.0、温度60℃下,经过"一粗三精,中矿集中返回"的浮选闭路工艺可以得到品位(REO)50.52%、回收率(REO)81.30%的稀土精矿,成功实现选铁尾矿中稀土资源的高效回收利用。
Taking Bayan Obo iron tailings as the research object,the preferential flotation recovery of rare earth technology was studied.According to the mineralogical properties of the sample,the hydroxyl oxime acids collector LF-P8 was used,and water glass was used as the inhibitor,the terpenic oil is a foaming agent.At a pH of 9.0 and a temperature of 60℃,The flotation closed-circuit process of"one roughing,three refining,medium ore returns after merger"was used to treat samples,and the rare earth concentrate with a grade(REO)of 50.52%and a recovery rate(REO)of 81.30%can be obtained.It has successfully realized the efficient recovery and utilization of the rare earth resources in the iron tailings.
