摘要
介绍了以高品位杂铜为原料的NGL炉冶炼工艺及生产实践,通过对比各种废杂铜处理系统的主要技术经济指标,发现NGL炉冶炼工艺集成氮气搅拌及稀氧燃烧系统,天然气单耗低,节能效率明显;创新设计NGL炉体加料门和出渣口合并,系统密封性能好、自动化程度高、环境污染小;可实现"一段法"工艺冶炼原料为Cu 85%以上的废杂铜,产出含Cu≥99.2%的阳极铜指标。
This study introduces the smelting process and production practice of NGL furnaces using highgrade miscellaneous copper as raw materials.By comparing the main technical and economic indicators of various waste miscellaneous copper treatment systems,it is shown that this process integrates nitrogen stirring and dilute oxygen combustion system.The unit consumption of natural gas was low and the energy saving efficiency is obvious;The innovative design of the NGL furnace body feeding door and the slag outlet are combined,and the sealing performance is good,with high degree of automation and good environmental protection.It realize one stage smelting process for producing anode copper with Cu≥99.2%from scrap copper with Cu≥85%.
