等规聚丁烯-1/玉米秸秆复合材料的制备与性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 使用硅烷偶联剂γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH570)改性生物质废弃物玉米秸秆粉(CP),以期改善其与聚合物的相容性,并将其引入等规聚丁烯-1(iPB)基体中制备iPB/CP复合材料,考察了改性前后复合材料的力学性能、热变形温度及微观形貌。结果表明,KH570成功的接枝到CP表面,经过KH570改性后的复合材料力学性能和热变形温度显著提高,均优于未改性的iPB/CP复合材料。此外,复合材料的微观形貌直观地证明了KH5790改性后使得iPB与CP的界面相容性得到显著改善。 The biomass residue corn powder(CP)modified by silane coupling agentγ-methacryloxy propyltrimethoxy silane(KH570)was used to improve the compatibility between CP and polymer.The CP was introduced into the isotactic polybutene-1(iPB)matrix to prepare iPB/CP composite.The mechanical properties,thermal deformation temperature and micro-morphology of the composite were investigated.The results show that KH570 is successfully grafted onto the surface of the CP.The mechanical properties and thermal deformation temperature of the modified CP composite are significantly increased which are better than unmodified iPB/CP composite.In addition,the micro-morphology of the composite intuitively proves that the compatibility between iPB and CP significantly are improved after modification by KH570.
