摘要
基于尼龙6、尼龙66、透明尼龙6I、聚己二酰间苯二甲胺(MXD6)、玻璃纤维和成核剂通过熔融共混法制备了一系列玻璃纤维增强尼龙复合材料,并对常温下复合材料的力学性能进行了对比研究,此外还考察了材料在不同组成时的耐热老化性能、耐油性能及耐渗透性能。结果显示,材料刚性随MXD6加入比例提升而明显增大,而冲击韧性并未出现明显损失;加入MXD6后的配方体系耐热老化性能和耐油脂性能也明显优于原体系;此外,MXD6与成核剂的协同作用可以使材料具有相对最好的耐渗透性能。
A series of glass fiber reinforced nylon composites were prepared by melt blending of nylon 6,nylon 66,transparent nylon 6I,meta-xylylene adipamide(MXD6),glass fibers and nucleating agents.The mechanical properties of the composites at room temperature were compared.The heat aging resistance,grease resistance,and permeation resistance of the composites in different compositions were also characterized.The results show that the stiffness of the composites increases significantly with the addition of MXD6,and the impact toughness does not show any significant loss.The heat aging resistance and grease resistance of the formulated system are also significantly better than the original system.In addition,the synergistic interaction of MXD6 with the nucleating agent provides the composites with relatively best permeation resistance.
