食品包装用塑-塑与铝-塑EVA复合膜安全风险分析研究

摘要 针对目前我国食品复合膜标准少、标龄长、产品安全风险性大、关注度高的实际问题,选取近年发展起来的食品包装用乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)基塑-塑复合膜(PET/EVA)和铝-塑复合膜(PET/Al/PE/EVA)作为研究对象,采用气相色谱-质谱、等离子体发射光谱(ICP)等方法,综合分析了两种复合膜的卫生和化学安全关键风险指标;同时对比了两种复合膜的阻隔性能。结果表明,复合膜的溶剂残留、总迁移、重金属等指标风险性较高;铝-塑复合膜的氧气和水蒸气的阻隔率要远高于塑-塑复合膜。研究分析了复合膜安全风险的产生原因,建议了质量改进措施,可为监管部门和相关企业提供参考和借鉴。 Based on the currently actual situation with few relevant standards,long validity of the strandard,high product safety risk and high attention to composite film,food wrapping plastic composite film(PET/EVA)and aluminum-plastic composite film(PET/Al/PE/EVA)were chosen as the research objects.Using the methods of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and plasma emission spectrum(ICP),the key safety risk indicators of chemical&hygienic properties of two kinds of composite films were comprehensively analyzed.Meanwhile,the barrier properties of the two kinds of composite films were compared and analyzed.The results show that the solvent residue,overall migration and some heavy metal contents of the composite film have higher safety risk.The oxygen and water vapor barrier of the aluminum-plastic composite film is much higher than that of the plastic-plastic composite film.Finally,the causes of safety risks of composite films are analyzed.And some effective measures are also proposed for packaging product quality improvement,which are considered to provide some reference for regulatory authorities and relevant enterprises.
