Objective:To analyze the influence of fast track surgery on clinical indicators and postoperative complications of patients with gastric cancer. Methods:From July 2017 to March 2020,89 patients undergoing gastric cancer surgery were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was guided by the concept of fast track surgery, while the control group was guided by traditional theory. We compared the intervention effect between the two groups. Results:In the experimental group, the infusion treatment time, exhaust time, defecation time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group, the scores of psychological function, material life, social function and physical function were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effective application of the concept of fast track surgery can effectively shorten the infusion treatment time, exhaust time, defecation time and hospitalization time of gastric cancer patients, significantly improve the quality of life and reduce postoperative complications.
