肺康复联合无创通气对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者生活质量的影响分析

Influence of lung rehabilitation combined with noninvasive ventilation on quality of life in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:研究肺康复联合无创通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者对改善生活质量的效果。方法:2019年4月-2020年4月收治慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者78例,随机分为两组,各39例。对照组给予无创通气治疗;观察组给予肺康复联合无创通气治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组生活质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组6 min步行距离、呼吸困难指数、疾病评估测试评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用肺康复联合无创通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者,可改善患者生活质量及临床症状,促进患者恢复。

Objective:To explore the influence of lung rehabilitation combined with noninvasive ventilation on quality of life in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:From April 2019 to April 2020,78 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given noninvasive ventilation.The observation group was given lung rehabilitation combined with noninvasive ventilation.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the 6-minute walking distance,dyspnea index and disease assessment test score were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lung rehabilitation combined with noninvasive ventilation in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can improve the quality of life of patients,effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and promote the recovery of patients.
