苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗高血压疗效探讨

Investigation on the therapeutic effect of levamlodipine benzenesulfonic acid in the treatment of hypertension

目的:探讨苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗高血压的效果。方法:2019年1月-2020年2月收治高血压患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组给予基础药物治疗;观察组给予苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,心脑血管不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后血清学指标Hcy、血压及肾功能各项指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:予以高血压患者苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗,可实现对血压异常、血管内皮功能损伤进展的有效延缓,提升近期疗效,且可积极降低患者心脑血管并发症的风险,改善远期疗效,对患者肾脏功能无明显损伤,用药安全性显著。

Objective:To investigate the effect of levamlodipine benzenesulfonic acid tablets in the treatment of hypertension.Methods:From January 2019 to February 2020,80 cases of patients with hypertension were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,while the observation group was treated with levamlodipine benzenesulfonic acid tablets.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular adverse events was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of serological index(Hcy),the various indicator levels of blood pressure and renal function in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:L-amlodipine benzenesulfonic acid tablets in patients with hypertension can effectively delay the progression of abnormal blood pressure and vascular endothelial function injury,improve the short-term effect,it can reduce the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications positively,improve the long-term curative effect,it also has no obvious damage to the kidney function of patients.
