3D打印技术在外伤性颅内多发血肿穿刺术中的应用

摘要 探讨3D打印技术在外伤性颅内多发血肿穿刺术中的运用情况,以外伤性颅内多发血肿患者的CT数据为原始资料,通过3D打印制作带有穿刺方向和穿刺点的穿刺导板应用于血肿穿刺术中。结果显示能一次性成功穿刺多发血肿,手术时间约30 min,术后复查血肿基本清除。对外伤性颅内多发血肿,采用3D打印技术辅助血肿穿刺术可使手术时间缩短,手术难度降低,并发症减少,提高手术安全性。 To explore the application of 3D printing technology in puncture of traumatic intracranial multiple hematomas.The CT data of patients with traumatic intracranial multiple hematomas are the original data,and the puncture guide plate with puncture direction and puncture point is made by 3D printing and used in hematoma puncture.Multiple hematomas were successfully punctured at one time,the operation time was about 30 minutes,and the hematoma was basically removed after recheck.For traumatic intracranial multiple hematomas,the use of 3D printing technology to assist hematoma puncture shortens the operation time,reduces the difficulty of the operation,reduces the complications,and improves the safety of the operation.
