米索前列醇联合雌激素乳膏在绝经后女性宫内节育器取出术中的应用效果

Application effect of misoprostol combined with estrogen ointment on removing of intrauterine device inpostmenopausal women

目的:对米索前列醇与雌激素乳膏在绝经后女性宫内节育器取出术中的临床运用情况进行观察,并对其效果予以分析。方法:抽取2019年5月-2020年4月收治的90例绝经后宫颈内节育器取出术患者,按照用药方案不同分成甲组与乙组。甲组予以米索前列醇+雌激素乳膏(红丽来结合雌激素乳膏),乙组予以米索前列醇。对两组患者的临床效果进行对比。结果:甲组患者宫颈完全软化率(88.6%)显著高于乙组(66.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲组患者取器成功率(97.8%)明显高于乙组(82.2%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲组轻度疼痛率(75.6%)明显高于乙组(15.6%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对绝经后实施宫内节育器取出术者予以米索前列醇与雌激素乳膏治疗,效果显著,能明显软化宫颈,有助于手术的顺利进行,值得临床推广及运用。

Objective:To observe the clinical application of misoprostol and estrogen cream in postmenopausal women with intrauterine device removal,and to analyze its effects.Method:A sample of 90 postmenopausal patients undergoing intracervical IUD removal in our hospital from May 2019 to April 2020 were divided into group A and group B according to the medication plan.Group A was given misoprostol+estrogen Cream(red Lilai combined with estrogen),group B was given misoprostol.Observe and compare the clinical application effects of the two groups of patients.Results:The complete cervical softening rate(88.6%)of group A patients was significantly higher than that of group B(66.7%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the success rate of group A patients was significantly(97.8%)Higher than that of group B(82.2%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the rate of mild pain in group A(75.6%)was significantly higher than that of group B(15.6%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Misoprostol and estrogen cream treatment for postmenopausal patients undergoing intrauterine device removal has a very good effect.It can significantly soften the cervix and help the operation to proceed smoothly.It is worthy of promotion.
