母乳喂养指导路径对产妇泌乳时间、泌乳量及母乳喂养成功率的作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析母乳喂养指导路径对产妇妊娠后泌乳始动时间、泌乳量及母乳喂养成功率的影响,实现临床方式与方法的持续完善与有效提升。方法:2019年1月-2020年1月收治分娩产妇1000例作为研究对象,根据护理方式不同,将患者分为两组,每组各500例。对照组给予常规护理;试验组给予母乳喂养指导路径护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组产妇泌乳始动时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组产妇乳汁充足率及母乳喂养成功率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用母乳喂养指导路径能够有效缩短产妇妊娠后的泌乳始动时间,在增加产妇泌乳量的同时,提高母乳喂养率,可以进行临床推广与应用。 Objective:To analyze the influence of breastfeeding guidance path on the onset time of lactation,lactation volume and success rate of breast-feeding after pregnancy,so as to realize the continuous improvement and effective improvement of clinical methods and methods.Methods:1000 cases of pregnant women admitted from January 2019 to January 2020 were taken as the research objects.According to the difference of nursing mode,the patients were divided into two groups,with 500 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The experimental group was given guided nursing for breastfeeding.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The lactation initiation time in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The breast milk adequacy ratio and breastfeeding success rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The guiding path of breastfeeding can effectively shorten the start time of lactation after pregnancy,increase the amount of lactation,and improve the rate of breastfeeding,which can be promoted and applied at the clinical level.
