家庭护理干预对社区糖尿病患者治疗依从性的影响

Influence of family nursing intervention on treatment compliance of diabetes patients in community

目的:探究家庭护理干预对社区糖尿病患者治疗依从性的影响。方法:选取2018年4月-2019年4月社区糖尿病患者70例,随机分为两组,各35例。对照组给予常规护理干预;试验组在常规护理干预基础上给予家庭护理干预。比较两组患者治疗依从性及血糖水平。结果:试验组患者治疗依从性明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组干预后血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对社区糖尿病患者实施家庭护理干预,能够显著提升患者治疗依从性,对控制血糖水平、改善生活质量具有重要意义。

Objective:To explore the influence of family nursing intervention on treatment compliance of diabetes patients in community.Methods:From April 2018 to April 2019,70 patients with diabetes in the community were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention.The experimental group was given family nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention.The treatment compliance of the two groups was compared.Results:In the experimental group,the treatment compliance was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,after the intervention,the levels of blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of family nursing intervention for community diabetic patients can significantly improve the treatment compliance of patients,and it has great significance in controlling blood glucose level and improving the quality of life.
