摘要
目的:探究个性化膳食营养指导对孕产妇孕期营养状况及妊娠结局的影响。方法:选取2019年6月-2020年6月进行产检的孕产妇200例,随机分为两组,各100例。对照组给予常规饮食指导;试验组给予个性化膳食营养指导。比较两组产妇妊娠结局与孕期营养状况。结果:试验组孕产妇孕期各种营养物质摄取水平均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组产妇及新生儿并发症发生率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于孕产妇进行孕期个性化膳食营养指导,能够有效改善孕期营养状况及妊娠结局,减少产妇与新生儿可能出现的并发症。
Objective:To explore the effect of personalized dietary nutrition guidance on maternal nutrition during pregnancy and pregnancy outcome.Methods:From June 2019 to June 2020,200 cases of pregnant women who received antenatal examination were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional dietary guidance,while the experimental group was given personalized dietary nutrition guidance.The pregnancy outcome and nutritional status of the pregnant women were compared between the two groups.Results:The intake levels of various nutrients during pregnancy in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of maternal and neonatal complications in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Personalized dietary nutrition guidance for pregnant women can effectively improve the nutritional status and outcome of pregnancy and it can reduce the possible complications between pregnant women and newborns.
