利用加工中心回转台和专用工装,加工B4140刀片支承座。对零件各加工面的加工工序进行详细工步分解并进行工时统计,通过检查零件的结果对新旧工艺进行综合对比分析。

Machining center rotary table and special tooling were used to process B4140 blade supporting seat,with the working steps of each processed surface of the part decomposed and statistics of the working hours carried out,a comprehensive comparative analysis of the new and old processes made.
