多路挥发性有机物在线监测系统研究

摘要 应用于工业固定污染源排放在线监测的挥发性有机物在线分析系统多为单路检测分析,为适用复杂现场工况,本文提出多路挥发性有机物监测系统。其中温度对测量精度有较大影响,尤其是多路同时测量,为了控制精度,从仪器的进样压力和恒温系统两方面进行设计,以此实现高精度的控制。同时开发出多路分析系统,进行实验分析,结果表明该系统各项性能指标均达到规定标准,能够很好地应用于复杂的工业环境。 Most of the VOC online analysis systems used in the online monitoring of industrial fixed pollution source emissions are single-channel detection and analysis.In order to adapt to complex field conditions,this paper proposes a multi-channel VOC monitoring system.Temperature has a great influence on the measurement accuracy,especially multi-channel simultaneous measurement.In order to control the accuracy,design from the two aspects of the instrument’s sampling pressure and constant temperature system to achieve high-precision control.At the same time,a multi-channel analysis system is developed,and the experimental results show that the performance indexes of the system meet the specified standards,and can be well applied to complex industrial environment.
