“筋骨平衡”思想指导推拿治疗骶髂关节紊乱症临床观察

Clinical observation of massage guided by the idea of ’tendon-bone balance’ in the massage therapy of sacroiliac joint disorder

目的观察"筋骨平衡"思想指导推拿治疗骶髂关节紊乱症的临床疗效。方法将60骶髂关节紊乱症患者随机分为2组,对照组30例予常规推拿手法治疗,治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上加"筋骨平衡"思想指导推拿治疗。2组均每周治疗3次,隔日1次,10次为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程。比较2组临床疗效;观察2组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及下腰痛日本骨科协会评估治疗(JOA)评分变化。结果治疗组总有效率96.67%(29/30),对照组总有效率86.67%(26/30),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后疼痛VAS均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),JOA评分均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后疼痛VAS低于对照组(P<0.05),JOA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 "筋骨平衡"思想指导推拿治疗骶髂关节紊乱症,可有效减轻患者疼痛,改善临床症状,疗效优于常规推拿治疗。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of guided by the idea of ’tendon-bone balance’ in massage therapy of sacroiliac joint disorder. Methods Sixty patients with sacroiliac joint disorder were randomly divided into two groups. The control group were treated with conventional massage( n = 30),and the treatment group( n= 30) were treated with massage guided by the idea of ’tendon-bone balance’ on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated three times a week,once every other day,10 times as a course of treatment,1 course of treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Visual analogue scale( VAS) score and Japanese Orthopaedic Association( JOA) score of low back pain were observed before and after treatment. Result: The total effective rate was 96. 67%( 29/30) in the treatment group and 86. 67%( 26/30) in the control group. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). The VAS of pain in both groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment( P < 0. 05),and the JOA score was higher than that before treatment( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the VAS of pain in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05),and the JOA score was higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Massage guided by the idea of ’ tendon-bone balance ’ in the massage therapy of sacroiliac joint disorder can effectively relieve pain and improve clinical symptoms,and the curative effect is better than that of conventional massage.
