我国畜禽养殖废弃物资源化利用现状及建议 被引量:6

摘要 随着我国畜禽养殖业不断发展和畜禽养殖规模化、集约化程度不断提高,养殖废弃物对环境造成的威胁日益严重。近年来,虽然我国在畜禽养殖污染治理上取得了较大的成就,但养殖废弃物处理和资源化利用问题,仍然是制约养殖业绿色可持续发展的重大问题。为了进一步促进畜禽养殖废弃物的资源化利用,介绍了我国畜禽养殖废弃物排放污染现状,列举养殖废弃物资源化利用的5种模式,分析了养殖废弃物资源化利用存在的诸如政策法规不够健全、种养脱节农牧失衡、关键技术和装备研发滞后、资源化利用专业服务较缺乏等问题,并提出相对应的若干建议。 With the continuous development of the livestock and poultry breeding industry in China and the continuous improvement of the large-scale and intensive degree of livestock and poultry breeding,the threat of the ivestock and poultry waste to the environment has become increasingly serious.In recent years,although China has made great achievements in the pollution control of livestock and poultry breeding,the disposal and the resource utilization of the livestock and poultry wastes were still the major problems restricting the green and sustainable development of breeding industry.In order to further promote the resource utilization of the livestock and poultry wastes,the current situation of the emission pollution of livestock and poultry wastes in China were introduced and the five patterns of resource utilization of livestock and poultry wastes were listed in this paper.Then,the existing problems in the resource utilization of livestock and poultry wastes were also analyzed,such as the imperfect policies and regulations,the imbalance between farming and animal husbandry,the lagging in the research and development of key technologies and equipment,and the insufficient professional services for resource utilization,etc.Finally,some corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
