摘要
城市轨道站点周边的土地开发利用一直备受关注,实现站点周边交通系统与土地利用的协调发展对缓解城市交通拥堵,优化城市用地结构具有重要意义,文章基于节点—场所模型对杭州市轨道交通1号线部分站点地区交通与土地利用的协同发展状态进行实证研究,建立站点地区交通与土地协调发展评价指标体系,通过定量分析得出结果,结果显示案例站点地区交通与土地利用协同状态存在差别,最后根据发展现状分析原因并给出促进站点周边协调发展的优化建议。
The development and utilization of land around urban rail stations have always attracted much attention. Realizing the coordinated development of transportation systems and land use around the stations is of great significance to alleviating urban congestion and optimizing urban land structure.This article is based on the node-location model for Hangzhou rail transit No.1 conduct empirical research on the coordinated development status of traffic and land use in some site areas of the line, establish an evaluation index system for the coordinated development of traffic and land in the site area, and obtain results through quantitative analysis. The results show that there are differences in the coordinated status of traffic and land use in the case site area. Analyze the reasons according to the development status and give optimization suggestions to promote coordinated development around the site.
