极端天气下含移动储能车的海岛微电网应急能量管理方法研究 被引量:9

Study on Emergency Energy Management Method for Islanded Microgrid with Mobile Energy Storage Vehicle under Extreme Weather Conditions

摘要 海岛易出现台风等极端天气,在极端自然条件下,构建海岛微电网应急能量管理方法是海岛微电网安全运行的有力保障。首先根据海岛路网,在考虑道路拥堵情况下,建立以移动储能车移动时间最小为目标的优化模型,实现移动储能车迅速前往充放电站接入电网,对负荷进行最大化支撑。然后,根据负荷重要程度对微电网进行分级优化重构,将负荷开关状态的优化放在第一级,建立网耗和电压偏差最小的优化模型,评估负荷投切的优化放在第二级,实现负荷的最大支撑和海岛微电网的运行状态最优。最后,采用某海岛的路径图和改进的IEEE 33节点系统对所提方法进行仿真验证,实验结果表明:该方法将移动储能车的调度时间减少47.5%,负荷支撑量提升34.2%,最大程度保障了重要负荷正常供电。 Islands are prone to extreme weather such as typhoons. Under extreme natural conditions, the construction of an emergency energy management method for island microgrid is a powerful guarantee for safe operation of island microgrid. Firstly, according to the island road network and in consideration of the road congestion, an optimization model is established to minimize the moving time of the mobile energy storage vehicle so that the mobile energy storage vehicle can quickly go to the charging and discharging station to access the power grid and maximize the load support. Then, according to the importance of load, the microgrid is optimized and reconstructed hierarchically. The optimization of load switching state is put in the first stage,and the optimization model of minimum network consumption and voltage deviation is established. The optimization of load switching is put in the second stage to realize the maximum support of load and the optimal operating state of the island microgrid. Finally, the proposed method is verified by simulation using the path diagram of an island and the improved IEEE 33-bus system. The experimental results show that the proposed method can reduce the scheduling time of mobile energy storage vehicles by 47.5% and increase the load support by 34.2%, ensuring the normal power supply of important loads to the greatest extent.
