摘要
现阶段新建的仓库基本都具备了智能化的环境检测系统.而老旧仓库占比较大,因此改造老旧仓库的环境监控设备具有较大的应用前景.本文针对老旧仓库的智能化改造问题,可使用机器人在不同的检测点进行巡检,并将采集的数据通过窄带物联网模块发送至服务器.最终实现通过移动机器人感知整个仓库的环境温湿度数据.该系统能够方便进行维护,节约人工成本,为解决老旧仓库环境巡检问题提供了一种新的思路.
At present,although the newly-built warehouses are mostly equipped with intelligent environment detection systems,old warehouses account for a large proportion in the total storage,so the environment monitoring equipment for reconstructing the old warehouses has a great application prospect.To solve the problem in intelligent reconstruction of the old warehouses,this paper proposes to use robots to patrol the different inspection points,and send the collected data to the server through the narrowband internet of things(NB-IoT)module.Finally,environmental data of the temperature and humidity of the whole warehouse can be sensed by the mobile robots.The system which is easily maintained and labor saving can provide a new idea for solving the environmental inspection problem of old warehouse.
