人工智能时代的到来对档案管理创新提出新要求,当前,国内外面临人工智能在档案管理中的应用趋势。利用人工智能进行档案管理创新是必然趋势,本文认为加强人工智能在档案管理中的应用应该加强集成数据管理,提升档案资源收集能力,提升信息化利用基础,加强人工智能服务,培育档案管理人才,拓展智慧档案管理的职业边界。

The arrival of the era of artificial intelligence puts forward new requirements for the innovation of archives management.At present,the application of artificial intelligence in archives management becomes a trend at home and abroad.It is an inevitable trend to make use of artificial intelligence to carry out archives management innovation.To strengthen the application of artificial intelligence in archives management,the paper holds that we should strengthen the integrated data management,enhance the collection ability of archives resources,improve the basis of information utilization,strengthen the service of artificial intelligence,cultivate archives management talents,and expand the career boundary of intelligent archives management.
