川陕苏区共青团工作的历史经验与现实启示

Historical Experience and Realistic Enlightenment of the Work of the Communist Youth League in the Sichuan-Shaanxi Soviet Area

在川陕苏区的斗争中,共青团在党的领导下动员组织青年群众,成为创建、巩固、扩大苏区的重要力量。川陕苏区共青团坚持党的领导,多渠道加强对青年的思想政治教育;坚持加强团的组织建设,严明团的纪律,确保团组织先进性;关照青年成长需求,帮助解决他们在物质生活、文化学习等方面问题,为他们创造社会交往与政治参与平台;围绕党的中心工作,动员组织青年投身到武装斗争与苏维埃各项建设中,成为革命事业重要的生力军。这些经验为新时代在党的领导下加强和改进共青团工作,坚持共青团政治性、先进性、群众性,引领广大青年积极投身伟大事业提供了重要的现实启示。

In the combats of Sichuan-Shaanxi Soviet area,a mass of youth,called upon by the Communist Youth League under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,became the important force of founding,strengthening and expanding the Soviet area.The Communist Youth League upheld the leadership of the Party and enhanced the youth’s ideological and political education in multiple ways and it endeavored to reinforce its organizational construction and disciplines to ensure its progressiveness.Also,the Communist Youth League cared for the youth’s needs for growth and helped resolve their problems in material life and knowledge study,and created a platform for the youth to participate in social and political life.Besides,it stuck to the central task of the Party and mobilized the youth,who were to become the significant new force of revolutionary cause,to devote themselves into the armed struggle and the Soviet construction.These experiences provided profound realistic enlightenment for reinforcing and improving the work of the Communist Youth League,sticking to its political nature,advancement and mass feature and leading the youth to commit themselves to the great cause.
