摘要
目的分析便携式保温装置对门诊患者冷藏药品贮运温度的影响。方法设计"冰袋+密实袋""冰袋+保温袋"2种便携式保温装置,对门诊患者发放上述保温装置,帮助其储运冷藏药品。选取医院2019年3月至7月的门诊取药患者138例,按所取冷藏药品贮存温度分为A组、B组、C组,各46例。A组常温贮存药品,不使用保温装置;B组冷处贮存药品,使用"冰袋+密实袋";C组冷处贮存药品,使用"冰袋+保温袋"。记录患者取药后1 h内的起始、途中(最低、最高)、结束贮运的温度。结果A组起始、途中(最低、最高)、结束贮运的温度分别为(25.95±1.88)℃,(24.97±2.90)℃,(30.90±5.53)℃,(29.53±6.50)℃,显著高于B组的(6.42±2.48)℃,(5.26±1.89)℃,(9.46±2.17)℃,(7.96±2.41)℃和C组的(5.78±2.18)℃,(4.48±1.69)℃,(8.65±2.09)℃,(6.60±2.65)℃(P<0.05),B组与C组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论使用便携式保温装置"冰袋+密实袋""冰袋+保温袋"均可维持门诊患者冷藏药品的贮运温度,保证取药后1 h内冷藏药品在药品说明书规定的温度范围内,可确保药品的质量。相较于"冰袋+保温袋"装置,"冰袋+密实袋"装置成本低,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of portable thermal insulating devices on the in-transit temperature of refrigerated drugs for outpatients.Methods Two kinds of portable thermal insulation devices,namely″ice bag+dense bag″and″ice bag+thermal insulation bag″,were designed to help outpatients store and transport refrigerated drugs by distributing the above-mentioned thermal insulation devices.Totally 138 outpatients in our hospital from March to July 2019 were selected and divided into group A,group B and group C according to the storage temperature of refrigerated drugs,46 cases in each group.In group A,the drugs were stored at normal temperature without an insulation device.In group B,the drugs were stored in a cold place with an″ice bag+dense bag″.In group C,the drugs were stored in a cold place with an″ice bag+thermal insulation bag″.The in-transit temperature of drugs after being taken,on the way(the lowest and highest)and at the end of storage and transportation within 1 h were recorded.Results The in-transit temperature of drugs after being taken,on the way(the lowest and highest)and at the end of storage and transportation were(25.95±1.88)℃,(24.97±2.90)℃,(30.90±5.53)℃and(29.53±6.50)℃,which were significantly longer than(6.42±2.48)℃,(5.26±1.89)℃,(9.46±2.17)℃,(7.96±2.41)℃in group B and(5.78±2.18)℃,(4.48±1.69)℃,(8.65±2.09)℃,(6.60±2.65)℃in group C(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the above indexes between group B and group C(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of portable thermal insulation devices″ice bag+dense bag″and″ice bag+thermal insulation bag″can maintain the in-transit temperature of refrigerated drugs for outpatients,and ensure the storage of refrigerated drugs within the temperature range specified in the instructions within 1 h after being taken,and ensure the quality of refrigerated drugs.Compared with the″ice bag+thermal insulation bag″,the″ice bag+dense bag″has the advantage of low cost,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
