药材和饮片非法染色物检测技术研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 目的为高通量、强专属性、普遍适用性的中药非法染色检测方法研究提供参考。方法查阅相关文献,综合分析常见中药非法染色品种、非法染色剂及非法染色检测方法。结果为规避现有非法染色检验方法和标准,药材和饮片非法染色掺伪出现了染色剂种类增多、多种染色剂混合使用的趋势。结论为了应对复杂的药材和饮片非法染色检测需求,建立高通量、强专属性、普遍适用性的非法染色检测方法非常必要。 Objective To provide a reference for the research of high-capacity,exclusive,general detecting methods for illegal dyeing of herbal medicines.Methods Herbal medicines with high-risk of suffering illegal dyeing,synthetic pigments frequently used in herbal medicines and detecting methods to identify synthetic pigments illegally used in herbal medicines were summarized by referring to the relevant literature.Results In order to avoid the existing illegal dyeing inspection methods and standards,there is a trend of increasing the types of synthetic pigments and mixed-use of various synthetic pigments in the illegal dyeing and adulteration of Chinese material medica and decoction pieces.Conclusion The research and development of high-capacity,exclusive,general detecting methods is quite necessary to handle with the complicated detection requirements of illegal dyeing of Chinese material medica and decoction pieces.
