抗血管内皮生长因子药物联合激光光凝治疗视网膜静脉阻塞合并黄斑水肿的临床效果 被引量:3

Clinical effect of anti-vascular endothelial growth factor drug combined with laser photocoagulation in the treatment of retinal vein occlusion with macular edema

摘要 目的观察抗血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)药物联合激光光凝治疗视网膜静脉阻塞合并黄斑水肿(RVO-ME)的临床效果。方法选取2018年6月~2019年12月在辽阳市中心医院确诊并治疗的84例RVO-ME患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。根据治疗方式的不同,将患者分为对照组(n=32,32眼)和观察组(n=52,52眼)。对照组患者给予抗VEGF药物治疗,观察组患者在抗VEGF药物治疗的基础上,联合激光光凝术治疗。术后随访5个月,比较两组患者治疗前后的最佳矫正视力(BCVA)和黄斑中心视网凹膜厚度(CMT)。结果治疗后,观察组患者的BCVA(0.64±0.27)高于对照组(0.49±0.32),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的CMT[(258.39±102.44)μm]小于对照组[(310.42±96.56)μm],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用抗VEGF药物联合激光光凝治疗RVO-ME,可有效改善患者的视力,降低CMT。和单纯接受抗VEGF药物治疗方式比较,抗VEGF药物联合激光光凝治疗的效果更好,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of anti-vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)drug combined with laser photocoagulation in the treatment of retinal vein occlusion with macular edema(RVO-ME).Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 84 patients with RVO-ME diagnosed and treated in Liaoyang Central Hospital from June 2018 to December 2019.Patients were divided into control group(n=32,32 eyes)and observation group(n=52,52 eyes)according to different treatment methods.Patients in the control group were given anti-VEGF drug therapy,while patients in the observation group were treated with laser photocoagulation on the basis of anti-VEGF drug therapy.Postoperative follow-up was conducted for 5 months,the best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)and macular central visual acuity fovea thickness(CMT)of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,BCVA in the observation group(0.64±0.27)was higher than that in the control group(0.49±0.32),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the CMT of the observation group([258.39±102.44]μm)was smaller than that of the control group([310.42±96.56]μm),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of RVO-ME with anti-VEGF drug combined with laser photocoagulation can effectively improve the patients′vision and reduce CMT.Compared with the treatment of anti-VEGF drug alone,the treatment of anti-VEGF drug combined with laser photocoagulation has a better effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
