中西医结合治疗对脑卒中后遗症患者功能恢复的影响

Effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy on functional recovery of patients with stroke sequela

目的分析中西医结合治疗对脑卒中后遗症患者功能恢复的影响。方法选取2019年2月~2020年2月辽宁省残疾人服务中心治疗的80例脑卒中后遗症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为治疗组(40例)和对照组(40例)。对照组患者给予常规内科治疗及物理治疗,治疗组患者在对照组的基础上给予口服中药、针刺、中药熏蒸等治疗。3个月后评价治疗效果,比较两组患者治疗前后的Fugl-Meyer、功能独立性评定量表(FIM)评分。结果治疗组患者的治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者的治疗总有效率为95.0%,对照组患者的治疗总有效率为77.5%,治疗组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的Fugl-Meyer、FIM评分均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗后的Fugl-Meyer、FIM评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗脑卒中后遗症的效果更确切,可促进功能的恢复,改善生活自理能力。

Objective To analyze the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy on functional recovery of patients with stroke sequelae.Methods From February 2019 to February 2020,80 patients with stroke sequelae treated in Liaoning Disabled Service Center were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the treatment group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given conventional medical treatment and physical therapy,while the treatment group was given oral Chinese medicine,acupuncture,herbal fumigation and other treatment on the basis of the control group.After 3 months,the therapeutic effect was evaluated and the scores of Fugl-Meyer and function independent measure(FIM)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment in the treatment group was 95.0%,and that of the control group was 77.5%.The total effective rate of the treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of Fugl-Meyer and FIM of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Fugl-Meyer and FIM in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy on stroke sequelae is more accurate,which can promote the recovery of function and improve the ability of self-care.
