集束化护理干预对ICU人工气道患者的影响

Effect of cluster nursing intervention on ICU artificial airway patients

目的探讨集束化护理干预对ICU人工气道患者的影响。方法选取2017年12月~2018年12月广东省阳江市阳东区人民医院的120例人工气道患者作为研究对象,使用数字奇偶法分为两组,每组各60例。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用集束化护理干预方法。比较两组的住院时间、机械通气时间、并发症发生情况以及对护理的满意情况。结果观察组的住院时间、机械通气时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率为1.67%,低于对照组的11.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理总满意度为95.00%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ICU人工气道患者用集束化护理干预,可缩短住院时间及机械通气时间,降低并发症发生风险,使患者更满意,有临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of cluster nursing intervention on patients with artificial airway in ICU.Methods A total of 120 patients with artificial airway treated in Yangdong District People′s Hospital of Yangjiang City,Guangdong Province from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups using the digital parity method,60 cases in each group.The control group used conventional nursing method,the observation group used cluster nursing intervention method.The hospitalization time,mechanical ventilation time,complications,and satisfaction with nursing care of the two groups were compared.Results Hospitalization time and mechanical ventilation time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the observation group was 1.67%,which was lower than that in the control group of 11.67%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction nursing of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of the control group of 73.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cluster nursing intervention for patients with artificial airway in ICU can reduce the length of hospitalization and mechanical ventilation,reduce the risk of complications,and make patients more satisfied,which has clinical application value.
