湖南青少年普法教育工作的探索与展望

Exploration and Prospect of Juvenile Law Popularization Education

近些年来,湖南省青少年普法教育工作在观念、方式等方面取得明显的成效。但是,仍然存在青少年法律意识教育不够深入、中小学法治教育人才缺乏、行政机关的相关举措力度不够等问题。后续普法工作的开展,应根据青少年的特点和当前的不足,重点培养青少年的法律意识,多方面提升学校普法教育质量,完善行政机关的普法工作,有针对性地开展法治宣传教育。

In recent years,Hunan juvenile law popularization education has achieved obvious results in the concepts,methods and other aspects,but some problems still exist,such as the lack of the training in increasing legal awareness of young people,the lack of talents for rule-of-law education in primary and secondary schools,and the insufficient strength in the relevant measures of administrative organs. In order to carry out the follow-up law popularization work,it is supposed to focus on cultivating the legal awareness of teenagers according to their characteristics and current deficiencies,upgrade the law popularization education in schools in various aspects,improve the law popularization of administrative organs,and carry out targeted publicity and education on the rule of law.
