Bakri止血水囊治疗产后出血的疗效观察

Observation of the curative effect of Bakri hemostatic water bag on postpartum hemorrhage

目的探究Bakri止血水囊治疗产后出血的临床疗效。方法选取2018年4月至2019年7月本院收治的产后出血患者86例,采用随机数字表达法分为治疗组和对照组,每组43例。对照组应用自制水囊治疗,治疗组应用Bakri止血水囊治疗。比较两组产妇出血量、操作时间、住院时间和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组产时出血量、治疗后2 h出血量、产后24 h出血量均低于对照组,操作时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组产道裂伤、腹痛、发热等不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论Bakri止血水囊可显著降低产妇产后出血量,有效控制产后出血情况,治疗效果显著,且不良反应发生率较低,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bakri hemostasis water bag on postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 86 patients with postpartum hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to July 2019 were selected and they were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with self-made water bag,and the treatment group was treated with Bakri hemostasis water bag.The bleeding volume,operation time,hospitalization time and adverse reactions were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results The amount of bleeding during delivery,the amount of bleeding in 2 hours after treatment,and the total amount of bleeding in 24 hours after delivery in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the operation time and hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions such as laceration of birth canal,abdominal pain and fever in the treatment group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bakri hemostasis water bag can significantly reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,effectively control the situation of postpartum hemorrhage,the treatment effect is significant,the risk of adverse reactions is low,and the clinical application value is high.
