宫腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜息肉异常子宫出血的疗效观察

Observation of the curative effect of hysteroscopy in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding with endometrial polyps

目的探讨宫腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜息肉异常子宫出血的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2018年12月本院收治的90例子宫内膜息肉异常子宫出血患者为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为两组,每组45例。对照组接受传统刮宫术治疗,观察组接受宫腔镜手术治疗。比较两组临床疗效、术中与术后情况。结果观察组临床总有效率为95.56%,明显高于对照组的75.56%(P<0.05);观察组手术时间明显短于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院时间明显短于对照组,并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用宫腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜息肉异常子宫出血患者效果显著,术中和术后情况良好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of hysteroscopy in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding with endometrial polyps.Methods 90 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding and endometrial polyps who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received traditional curettage and the observation group received hysteroscopic surgery.Compared the clinical efficacy,intraoperative and postoperative conditions between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%,which was significantly higher than 75.56%of the control group(P<0.05);the operation time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was significantly less than that of the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the hospital stay of observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic surgery for the treatment of patients with abnormal endometrial polyps and uterine bleeding is very effective,and the condition is good during and after the operation,and it is worthy of promotion and application.
