五倍子汤熏洗促进痔瘘患者术后恢复的效果及对术后疼痛的影响

The effect ofWubeizi decoction to promote postoperative recovery of patients with hemorrhoids and fistula and its influence on postoperative pain

目的探讨五倍子汤熏洗促进痔瘘患者术后恢复效果及对术后疼痛的影响。方法选取2017年10月至2018年10月本院收治的70例痔瘘患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组给予常规术后治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予自拟五倍子汤熏洗治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果干预前,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、水肿评分比较差异无统计学意义;干预后,观察组VAS、水肿评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组创面愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组肉芽生长评分比较差异无统计学意义;干预后,观察组肉芽生长评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟五倍子汤熏洗治疗痔瘘患者效果显著,可加快创面愈合,加快康复,减少疼痛,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect ofWubeizi decoction on promoting postoperative recovery of patients with hemorrhoids and fistula and its influence on postoperative pain.Methods 70 patients with hemorrhoids and fistula admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional postoperative treatment,and the observation group was given self-madeWubeizi decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects between the two groups were compared.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in visual analogue scale(VAS)and edema score between the two groups;after the intervention,the VAS and edema scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in granulation growth score between the two groups;after intervention Later,the granulation growth score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made Wubeizi decoction fumigation has a significant effect on the postoperative recovery of patients with hemorrhoids and fistula.It can speed up wound healing,recovery time,and reduce pain.It is worthy of promotion.
