腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿的疗效观察

Observation of the curative effect of ovarian cysts extirpation under laparoscopic surgery

目的探讨腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿的临床疗效。方法选取2017年12月至2019年12月本院收治的82例卵巢囊肿患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组41例。对照组采用气腹式腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术,观察组采用悬吊式腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术。比较两组围术期相关指标及并发症发生情况。结果观察组术中出血量少于对照组,手术、排气、下床及住院时间均短于对照组,术后IFN-γ、AngⅡ水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后并发症均较轻,差异无统计学意义。结论气腹式腹腔镜手术与悬吊式腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿均具有并发症少的优势,但悬吊式腹腔镜的术后恢复较快,对囊肿组织损伤较小,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy on ovarian cysts.Methods 82 patients with ovarian cysts in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group used pneumoperitoneum laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal,and the observation group used suspension laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal.Compared the perioperative indicators and the occurrence of complications between the two groups.Results The amount of bleeding in the observation group during operation was less than that in the control group,and the operation,degassing,getting out of bed,and hospitalization time were shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Postoperative complications in both groups were mild,and the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion Both pneumoperitoneal laparoscopic surgery and suspended laparoscopic surgery have the advantage of less complications,but suspended laparoscopic recovery is faster after surgery and the damage to cyst tissue is less.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
