摘要
二甲基二氯硅烷(二甲)水解反应的主要影响因素有二甲与酸的混合效果、水解反应温度、反应系统压力、反应时间等。其中,二甲与酸的混合效果对整个反应过程起决定性作用。混合器作为二甲水解过程中的核心设备,直接决定了水解过程的反应程度、产品质量、操作稳定性等。本文介绍了二甲水解反应的原理和主要影响因素,分析了几类典型的混合器结构及特点,优选了适合二甲水解的改进型混合器。
The main influencing factors of the hydrolysis of dimethyldichlorosilane, including the mixing of dimethyldichlorosilane and acid, the temperature of the hydrolysis reaction, the pressure of the reaction system, and the reaction time. Among them, the mixing of dimethyldichlorosilane and acid plays a decisive role in the process. As the core equipment in the hydrolysis process of dimethyldichlorosilane, the mixer directly determines the degree of reaction, quality, and operation stability of the process. The principle and main influencing factors of the dimethyldichlorosilane hydrolysis are introduced, and several types of typical mixer structures and characteristics are analyzed, and an improved mixer suitable for dimethyldichlorosilane hydrolysis is selected.
