基于EAHP的农机供应链服务质量评价应用

Application of agricultural machinery supply chain service quality evaluation based on EAHP

为提高农机供应链服务水平,针对以制造企业为核心的农机供应链,从组织形态模型、服务业务、价值增值和其他方面四个角度建立农机供应链服务质量评价体系。建立指标数据的可拓物元模型,通过可拓层次分析法,定性定量的表达出农机供应链服务质量的等级及其在该等级范围中的水平,并结合具体案例进行评价。结果表明,该农机供应链的服务质量为优等级,关联度达到0.0727,与供应链实际运作情况一致。

In order to improve the service level of agricultural machinery supply chain,the service quality evaluation system of agricultural machinery supply chain was established from four perspectives including organizational form model,service business,value added and other aspects,aiming at the agricultural machinery supply chain with manufacturing enterprises as the core.The extension matter-element model of index data was established to qualitatively and quantitatively express the level of agricultural machinery supply chain service quality and its level within the level range through extension analytic hierarchy process,and the evaluation was carried out in combination with specific cases.The results show that the service quality of the agricultural machinery supply chain is excellent and the correlation degree reaches 0.0727,which is consistent with the actual operation of the supply chain.
