“高校—中学”英语教师专业学习共同体建设实证研究:以G省为例 被引量:3

An Empirical Study on the Construction of a College—Middle School Unified English Teacher Professional Learning Community:With G Province as A Case

摘要 历时2年,采用混合研究设计方法调查G省287名高校和中学英语教师对其参与的英语教师专业学习共同体的看法。研究表明,教师肯定共同体的存在意义和价值,并表示该学习团体对自己产生了积极影响,使自己获得了多方面提高。研究还发现,共同体建设经历了磨合期、适应期、甜蜜期三个阶段。为构建地方英语教师专业学习共同体提供了建设思路和实践方法。 Adopting a mixed-research method,this 2-year qualitative research studied 287 participants'attitudes towards a college-middle school unified English teacher professional learning community in which they joined,with the intention of knowing their opinions and the effectiveness of the community exerted on them.It is found in the research that members hold a high opinion on the value of the community that advanced their development in multiple areas.In terms of construction,the research finds that it mainly underwent three periods going from pain to adaptation and then finally to sweetness.The study further puts forward practical ideas for the construction of communities of this kind and sheds light on modeling a foreign language teaching and research system.
