摘要
激光钎焊通过高能激光束将焊丝融化,并在工件表面延展,形成焊缝。为了能够综合性地评价焊缝质量,从激光钎焊的原理和焊接系统组成入手,提出了机器人在线监测、人工目视检验、破坏性检测和无损检测等多种手段。并针对车间现场常见的六大类缺陷,通过大量的试验摸索与效果评估,按照严重程度、方案的适用性和节拍角度系统性地规划了返修方法,为各大主机厂提升激光钎焊焊接质量提供了思路。
Laser brazing melts the welding wire with a high-energy laser beam and spreads the molten drop over the surface of the workpiece to form a weld seam.In order to evaluate the weld quality comprehensively,this paper starts with the principle of laser brazing and the composition of welding system,and puts forward a variety of means,such as robot online-monitoring,manual visual inspection,destructive testing and nondestructive testing.Then,aiming at six kinds of common defects in the workshop,through a large number of experiments and effect evaluation,the repair methods are systematically planned according to the severity,the applicability and the circle time,which provides ideas for auto makers to improve the quality of laser brazing welding.
