摘要
为了减少涂装通过性改造规模和投资费用,应尽可能快速且准确地判断车间通过可行性。基于涂装车间三维激光点云和数字化工艺平台搭建与涂装产线结构尺寸相一致的数字化工厂,并根据通过性评价标准对某新车型在生产情况下的车间承载转接能力、弯道和上下斜坡的干涉及节距进行分析。经试制结果验证此方法不仅能够提高分析的准确度和改造的把握度,此数字化工厂还可以用于分析其它车型涂装通过性,相比以往评价流程,分析时间和改造费用大幅减少。
In order to reduce the cost of retrofit and investment in painting trafficability,it is necessary to judge the feasibility of painting workshop trafficability quickly and accurately.Based on 3 D laser point cloud of the painting workshop and digital process platform,the digital factory consistent with the structure and size of the painting workshop line is built.Meanwhile,the analysis of capacity of bearing and transferring in workshop,the interference of curves and ramp and pitch of new car model are carried out in accordance with the standard of trafficability evaluation.The result of trial production verifies that not only can this method improve the accuracy of analysis and the mastery of reformation but also the digital factory can be used to analyze the painting trafficability of other car models.Compared with the previous evaluation process,it can reduce the time of analysis and the cost of retrofit.
