昆山市2013-2018年老年人群代谢综合征患病率及流行趋势

Prevalence and epidemic trend of metabolic syndrome in the elderly from 2013 to 2018 in Kunshan city

目的了解昆山市2013-2018年65岁以上老年居民代谢综合征(MS)的患病率及流行趋势,为政府卫生部门制定该地区老年人MS防治政策与策略提供依据。方法采用多阶段整群随机抽样法,在昆山市2013年5月至2018年8月年龄大于或等于65岁老年健康体检人群中,每年抽取4个镇,每个镇随机选取5个村(或社区)的体检老年人,按照2005国际糖尿病联盟MS标准诊断,统计2013-2018年该地区MS患病率,并分析流行趋势,数据由SPSS20.0、Graphpad prism 8统计分析所得出。结果 2013-2018年昆山市60 516例老年人MS的患病率为27.4%;2013-2016年呈逐渐升高趋势,2016年达到高峰,2017-2018年呈下降趋势;老年女性的MS患病率显著高于男性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论昆山市65岁以上老年居民MS患病率较高,女性患病率显著高于男性,通过政府卫生部门对慢性病防治政策的落实,MS有下降趋势。

Objective To investigate the prevalence and epidemic trend of metabolic syndrome(MS)from May 2013 to 2018 in Kunshan city,and to provide scientific basis for government health departments to formulate prevention and control policies and strategies for the elderly in Kunshan city.Methods The multi-stage cluster random sampling method was uesd,from May 2013 to August 2018 in the healthy physical examination crowd(at least 65 years old)in Kunshan city,four towns were selected each year,and five villages(or communities)were randomly selected from each town.The diagnosis was made according to the 2005 International Diabetes Union MS standard,the prevalence of MS in the region from 2013 to 2018 was calculated,and the trends was analyzed,the data were obtained by SPSS20.0 and Graphpad prism 8 statistical analysis.Results From 2013 to 2018,the prevalence of MS in 60 516 elderly people in Kunshan city was 27.4%.It increased gradually from 2013 to 2016,peaked in 2016,and decreased from 2017 to 2018.The prevalence of elderly women was significantly higher than that of men,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The prevalence of MS is higher in the elderly residents over 65 years old in Kunshan city,and the prevalence of MS in female is significantly higher than that in male.Through the implementation of chronic disease prevention and control policy by the government health department,MS had a downward trend.
