温肺化痰饮治疗风寒型慢性支气管炎急性发作的临床观察

Observation on treating acute attack of chronic bronchitis of the Fenghan type with the Wenfei Huatan decoction

目的:观察温肺化痰饮治疗风寒型慢性支气管炎急性发作的临床疗效。方法:将109例入选患者随机分为对照组56例和治疗组53例。对照组给予常规西医综合治疗措施;治疗组在对照组基础上,加用温肺化痰饮(我院广东省名中医杜发斌主任经验方)煎服。观察两组治疗前以及治疗后中医症状量化积分、中医证候疗效、肺功能指标改变情况。结果:治疗后治疗组中医症状量化积分改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05;治疗组治疗后肺功能指标第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、第1秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量百分比(FEV1/FVC)优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规西医综合治疗基础上合用温肺化痰饮临床疗效更显著,并能有效改善风寒型慢性支气管炎急性发作患者的中医临床证候以及肺功能。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of the Wenfei Huatan decoction(温肺化痰饮)on acute attack of chronic bronchitis of the Fenghan type(风寒型).Methods:109 selected patients were randomly divided into the control group of 56 cases and the treatment group of 53 cases.The control group was given conventional Western medicine comprehensive treatment measures.The treatment group took the Wenfei Huatan decoction(an empirical prescription from Director Du Fabin,a famous TCM practitioner in Guangdong Province)more.Results:After treatment,the improvement of TCM symptom quantitative score in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).The total efficiency in the treatment group was higher than the control group,P<0.05.The improvement of pulmonary function,such as FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group after treatment,and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Conventional Western medicine comprehensive treatment plus the Wenfei Huatan decoction can gain more significantly clinical efficacy,and can effectively improve the TCM clinical symptoms and lung function of patients with acute attack of chronic bronchitis of the Fenghan type.
