脑心通胶囊治疗对急性脑梗死患者临床疗效及Th17/Treg平衡的影响研究

A study on the clinical efficacy of the Naoxintong capsule on acute cerebral infarction and its effects on Th17/Treg balance

目的:探讨脑心通胶囊治疗对急性脑梗死(Acute cerebral infarction,ACI)患者临床疗效及辅助性T细胞17/调节性T细胞(Th17/Treg)平衡的影响。方法:选择本院收治的116例ACI患者,分为观察组和对照组,每组各58例,对照组予常规西医治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上加以脑心通胶囊治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组的日常生活能力量表(Activity of Daily Living,ADL)评分、简易智力状态量表(Mini-Mental State Examination,MMSE)评分、Treg比例均明显高于对照组,Th17比例、Th17/Treg明显低于对照组,均P<0.05。相较于对照组,观察组总有效率明显提高,P<0.05。结论:脑心通胶囊治疗急性脑梗死可有效改善患者的生活能力及认知功能,提高临床疗效,可能与其调节外周血Th17/Treg平衡有关。

Objective:To explore the effects of the Naoxintong capsule(脑心通胶囊)on acute cerebral infarction,and the influences on the balance of Th17/Treg in patients.Methods:116 cases in our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine.The observation group was treated with the Naoxintong capsule more.Results:After treatment,the ADL score,MMSE score,and Treg ratio in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the ratio of Th17 and Th17/Treg were significantly lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the total efficieny in the observation group was significantly improved,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Naoxintong capsule on acute cerebral infarction can effectively improve life ability of patients and cognitive function,and improve clinical efficacy,which may be related to regulating the peripheral blood Th17/Treg balance.
