紫芨清解灌肠液治疗湿热下注型直肠黏膜内脱垂对炎症细胞的影响

Effects of the Ziji Qingjie enema solution on inflammatory cells in patients with rectal intramucosal prolapse of the Shire Xiazhu type

目的:观察紫芨清解灌肠液治疗湿热下注型直肠黏膜内脱垂(IRP)对炎症细胞浸润的影响。方法:按随机数字表法将研究对象分为对照组和治疗组各50例,对照组用生理盐水灌肠,治疗组用中药紫芨清解灌肠液灌肠。结果:治疗组在改善肛门坠胀方面优于对照组;治疗组在降低直肠黏膜的炎症细胞上优于对照组,但仅限于浆细胞、B淋巴细胞及中性粒细胞有统计学意义,而对T淋巴细胞无明显统计学意义。结论:紫芨清解灌肠液灌肠确实能够改善IRP患者的肛门坠胀感,但两组治疗后的脱垂黏膜中仍有不同程度的炎症细胞表达,本研究仅代表紫芨清解灌肠液保留灌肠治疗IRP与生理盐水治疗在浆细胞、B淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞的改善上存在差异,具体原因有待进一步的研究。

Objective:To observe the effect of the Ziji Qingjie enema solution(紫芨清解灌肠液)on inflammatory cells in patients with the Shire Xiazhu type(湿热下注型)rectal intramucosal prolapse.Methods:According to the random number table,100 cases were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with normal saline,the treatment group was treated with the Ziji Qingjie enema solution.Results:The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving anal distention.The treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing inflammatory cells,not T lymphocytes,but only plasma cells,B lymphocytes and neutrophils had statistical significance.Conclusion:The Ziji Qingjie enema solution can improve the anal distention of IRP,but there are different degrees of inflammatory cells in IRP after treatment.The study only represents that there are differences in the improvement of plasma cells,B lymphocytes and neutrophils between the Ziji Qingjie enema solution and normal saline.The specific reasons need to be further studied.
