温胆汤用于小儿多发性抽动症治疗的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating infantile multiple tourette syndrome with the Wendan decoction

目的:探讨于多发性抽动症患儿治疗期间应用温胆汤的效果。方法:本次研究以2019年10月-2020年2月作为调查时间范围,研究对象共计44例,均为多发性抽动症患儿,随机分为实验组和参照组,每组22例,针对参照组患儿采用盐酸硫必利片治疗,针对实验组患者采用温胆汤加减治疗,对比分析两组的中医证候积分、耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表(YGTSS)评分、不良反应发生率和最终治疗效果。结果:在治疗前,实验组和参照组患儿的中医证候积分和YGTSS评分并无较大差异,P>0.05。治疗后实验组患儿中医证候积分明显低于参照组,且实验组患儿YGTSS评分相较于参照组明显处于较低水平,实验组运动性抽动症状评分、发声性抽动症状评分明显低于参照组,实验组患儿的不良反应发生情况与参照组相比明显较少,两组治疗效果比较实验组明显好于参照组,组间数值存在对比意义。结论:对多发性抽动症患儿实施温胆汤加减治疗,可有效提升治疗效果,减少不良反应,它是一种安全有效的治疗方式,临床借鉴价值较高。

Objective:To explore the effect of the Wendan decoction(温胆汤)on infantile multiple tourette syndrome.Methods:44 cases were randomly divided into experimental and reference groups,22 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with tiapride hydrochloride tablets,and the experimental group was treated with the Wendan decoction.Results:The scores of TCM syndromes and YGTSS after treatment in the experimental group were significantly lower than the reference group.The scores of motor twitch symptoms and vocal twitch symptoms in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly less than the reference group.The effect was significantly better in the experimental group,and there was a comparative significance in the values between the groups.Conclusion:The Wendan decoction can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and reduce adverse reactions,with high clinical reference value.
