摘要
以废纸脱墨浆为原料,对脱墨浆中的纤维素进行酶解产生糖类物质,再经固体酸催化剂WO3/ZrO2催化后,可得到产物5-羟甲基糠醛。通过实验探讨了由酶解后的废纸脱墨浆制备5-羟甲基糠醛时,反应温度,催化剂用量,反应时间等工艺参数对5-羟甲基糠醛产率的影响,得到了反应温度160℃,反应时间8 h的最佳反应条件,在此条件下的5-羟甲基糠醛最大产率为44.0%。在其他条件不变的情况下,增加催化剂的用量会提高5-羟甲基糠醛产率。
By using Deinked pulp as raw material containing cellulose,and cellulase is used for enzymatic hy-drolysis,sugar products can be produced in the Deinked pulp.Then,5-HMF can be obtained from sugar products in Deinked pulp through the catalytic action of solid acid catalyst WO3/ZrO2.The influence of reaction tempera-ture,amount of catalyst and reaction time on the yield of 5-HMF was studied.Results show that the optimum re-action conditions were as follows:reaction temperature 160℃,reaction time 8 h.Under these conditions,the maximum yield of 5-HMF can reach 44.0%.The yield of 5-HMF can be improved by increasing the amount of catalyst.
