造纸过程中染料应用的经验总结

Experience Summary of Dye Application in Papermaking Process

染料是包装纸生产中必备的化学品,在添加染料进行生产的过程中存在泄露后污染环境、添加异常影响成纸外观颜色、清洗时产生大量废液、添加过程繁琐等情况。本文总结了目前造纸过程中染料的应用条件及存在的不足,并给出了染料添加系统的改进方案。

Dye is a necessary chemical in the production of wrapping paper.In the process of using it,there are some problems such as easy to pollute the environment after leakage,the abnormal addition will affect the ap-pearance color of the paper,a large amount of waste liquid is produced during cleaning,and the adding process is complicated,etc.In this paper,the application conditions and shortcomings of dyes in the papermaking process are summarized,and the further improvement scheme of dye-adding system is given.
