粗糙集优化支持向量机算法在人脸识别中的应用

摘要 为了减少跨年龄、表情、光线、姿势变化在人脸识别中的影响,论文采用一种粗糙集优化支持向量机算法的人脸识别方法。该方法先对人脸图像进行核主成分分析提取人脸的特征向量,进而在此基础上,用粗糙集进行数据约简降低维度,最后在支持向量机分类器中进行训练与识别。通过对ORL人脸图像数据库进行实验,实验结果表明,算法降低特征向量的维度和支持向量机的复杂度,有较好的人脸识别性能。
