经皮椎间孔镜手术对腰椎间盘突出症患者ODI指数及腰椎功能评分的影响

Effect of percutaneous intervertebral foramina Surgery on ODI Index and lumbar functional Score in Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探讨经皮椎间孔镜手术对腰椎间盘突出症患者ODI指数及腰椎功能评分的影响。方法选择2017年9月至2019年9月安阳市第六人民医院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者80例,按照随机对照原则分为两组,各40例。其中对照组行开放椎板开窗术治疗,观察组行经皮椎间孔镜手术治疗。评估术后3个月的治疗疗效,观察两组术前及术后6个月的功能障碍指数(ODI)、腰椎功能评分(Lehmann)及视觉模拟评分(VAS)。结果观察组治疗总优良率(92.50%)高于对照组(85.00%),但比较无显著差异(P>0.05);术前两组ODI、Lehmann及VAS评分对比,无显著差异(P>0.05);术后观察组ODI以及VAS评分均较对照组低,而Lehmann则较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论经皮椎间孔镜手术应用于LDH患者的治疗中效果较佳,能够减轻疼痛程度,改善ODI指数及腰椎功能。

Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous intervertebral foramina Surgery on ODI index and lumbar functional score in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods From September 2017 to September 2019,80 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to the Sixth People's Hospital of Anyang were randomly divided into two groups(40 cases each).The control group was treated with open fenestration of vertebral lamina,and the observation group was treated with percutaneous intervertebral foramina Surgery.The curative effect was evaluated at 6 months postoperatively.The preoperative and postoperative dysfunction index(ODI),lumbar functional score(Lehmann)and visual analogue scale(VAS)of the two groups were observed.Results The total excellent rate(92.50%)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(85.00%),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in ODI,Lehmann and VAS scores between the two groups before operation(P>0.05).ODI and VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while Lehmann scores were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous intervertebral foramina surgery is effective in the treatment of LDH,which can reduce the degree of pain and improve the ODI index and lumbar function.
