单点导入线体多Z形植入埋线软组织复位技术对面部年轻化维持时间的影响

The Effect of soft Tissue repositioning with Multi-z-shaped implantable Wire with single-point Leads on the Maintenance Time of Facial Rejuvenation

目的观察单点导入线体多Z形植入埋线软组织复位对面部年轻化维持时间的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2020年3月在上海新亚柏医疗美容门诊部行面部年轻化手术的80例患者,按照随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,对照组接受传统埋线年轻化手术治疗,观察组接受埋线软组织复位治疗。比较两组面部年轻化满意度、并发症发生情况及面部年轻化维持时间。结果观察组面部年轻化满意度为97.50%,显著高于对照组的72.50%(P<0.05)。观察组切口感染发生率、疼痛发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组缝线外露、线体排异反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组面部年轻化维持时间显著长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论单点导入线体多Z形植入埋线软组织复位面部年轻化满意度高,并发症发生率低,维持时间长。

Objective To observe the effect of soft tissue reposition of multi-z-shaped embedded wire on the maintenance time of facial rejuvenation.Methods From January 2017 to March 2020,80 patients undergoing facial rejuvenation surgery were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,the control group received traditional catgut embedding surgery,and the observation group received catgut soft tissue replacement.The satisfaction,complications and maintenance time of facial rejuvenation were compared between the two groups.Results The facial rejuvenation satisfaction of the observation group was 97.50%,significantly higher than that of the control group(72.50%,P<0.05).The incidence of wound infection and pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of suture exposure and suture body rejection between the two groups(P>0.05).The maintenance time of facial rejuvenation in the observation group was significantly longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The multi-z-shaped implantable wire with single-point leads has the advantages of high satisfaction,low complication rate and long-lasting time.
