大黄廑虫丸联合恩替卡韦治疗乙肝肝硬化的疗效分析

Therapeutic Effect of Dahuang Zhechong Pill combined with Entecavir on Hepatitis B Cirrhosis

目的探讨大黄廑虫丸联合恩替卡韦对瘀血阻络型乙肝肝硬化患者的临床疗效及相关检验指标的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2019年3月郑州市第六人民医院收治并辨证为瘀血阻络证型乙肝肝硬化患者118例,按照随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,每组各59例。对照组给予恩替卡韦治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用大黄廑虫丸联合治疗,两组疗程均为4周。比较两组治疗前后肝功能指标、中医证候评分变化,评价疗效。结果两组按疗程治疗后,观察组中医证候评分低于对照组、肝功能指标改善均优于对照组、总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论大黄廑虫丸联合恩替卡韦在瘀血阻络证型乙肝肝硬化患者的治疗中,在增加总有效率、改善中医证候评分的基础上有效提高了患者肝功能水平,疗效确切,值得临床应用。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy and related test indexes of Dahuang Zhechong Pill combined with Entecavir in patients with liver cirrhosis of type B caused by blood stasis.Methods From January 2017 to March 2019,118 patients with liver cirrhosis of type B were admitted to the Sixth People's Hospital of Zhengzhou City and divided into observation group and control group according to the method of random number table,59 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Entecavir.The observation group was treated with Dahuang Zhechong Pill on the basis of the control group for 4 weeks.The changes of liver function index and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment were compared between two groups to evaluate the curative effect.Results The score of TCM syndrome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the improvement of liver function index was better than that in the control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of liver cirrhosis of Blood Stasis Syndrome type with Dahuang Zhechong Pill combined with Entecavir,the liver function level of the patients was improved effectively and the curative effect was definite on the basis of increasing the total effective rate and improving the score of TCM syndrome,it is worthy of clinical application.
